目的介绍新合成的阿片类药物瑞芬太尼在产科麻醉与镇痛中应用的研究进展。方法查阅相关文献,总结归纳瑞芬太尼在产科麻醉与镇痛中的应用。结果瑞芬太尼能安全有效的用于产科麻醉与镇痛。结论瑞芬太尼是产科麻醉与镇痛中非常有前途的阿片类药物。

OBJECTIVE To introduce the progress of remifentanil which is a newly synthesized opioid used in obstetric anesthesia and analgesia. METHODS Consulting relative references, summarizing and generalizing something about the use of remifentanil in obstetric analgesia and anesthesia. RESULTS Remifentanil used in obstetric anesthesia and analgesia is safe and effective. CONCLUSION Remifentanil, one of the opioids, has a vast prospect in obstetric anesthesia and analgesia.
