反相高效液相色谱法测定蒙药三子汤中栀子苷的含量

Determination of the Content of Geniposide in the Mongolian Medicine three sub soup by RP-HPLC

目的建立蒙药三子汤高效液相法测定栀子苷的含量方法。方法采用VP-ODS柱(150L×4.6),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD=1.57%。结论该实验方法操作简便,结果可靠,为蒙药三子汤质量控制提供可靠依据。

OBJECTIVE To set up a standard of quality control about Mongolian Medicine, three sub soup. METHODS Determine the content of the Geniposide by HPLC. The column was VP-ODS （ 150L × 4.6 ） , the flow phase was C2H6O-0. 1% H3PO5 · H2O（ 15：85 ）, and the measured wavelength was at 238nm. RESULTS The linear relation ships of Geniposide concentration and the peak area were good, with the average recovery rate was 99.1%, RSD = 1.57%. CONCLUSION Conclusion ： This method is easy and accurate, and provides a reliable method for the quality control of Mongolian Medicine, three sub soup.
