影响中国男篮后卫培养与提高的因素

On the Elements influencing the Cultivation and Improvement of the Guards in Chinese Men's Basketball Team

运用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法,对影响中国男篮后卫培养与提高的因素进行了研究分析。结果表明,影响中国男篮后卫培养与提高的因素有:金牌战略因素;选材理念因素;篮球运动员的文化水平因素;国家男篮与国际高水平球队交流的因素。提出了相应措施:继续完善CBA赛制,增加CCBA联赛;改善篮球选材的“唯高”理念;建立各级各类篮球学校或学院,提高运动员文化水平;“走出去,请进来”,加强与国际高水平球队的比赛交流。

By means of the method of philological material, maths and physical statistics, and interviewing with the professors,the author analyzed the elements which influenced the nurturing and improvement of the guards of the Chinese men＇s basketball team. The result showed that the influence elements are as follows： golden medal strategy~ the national of selecting the talents; the cultural level of the basletball player＇s and the communication between our national men＇s basketball team with the high level international teams. The corresponding measures are as follows： perfecting the institution of CBA competition, increasing the league matches of CCBA, improving the conception of selecting basketball players, various establishing grades of basketball schools or colleges ,promoting the cultural level of athletes,and enhancing the communication between the international basketball teams through the race.
