摘要
建立了HPLC法测定磷酸氯喹的有关物质。采用Intersil C18柱,以乙腈-0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH3.5)(200∶800,含5mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠和5mmol/L三乙胺)为流动相,检测波长为329nm。磷酸氯喹的定量限和检测限分别为10和2ng。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of related substances of chloroquine phosphate. An Intersil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH 3.5) (200 : 800, containing 5mmol/L sodium heptanesulfonate and 5mmol/L triethylamine), at the detection wavelength of 329nm. The quantitation and detection limits were 10 and 2ng, respectively.
