喷昔洛韦乳膏的HPLC测定

Determination of Penciclovir Cream by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定喷昔洛韦乳膏的含量和有关物质。采用C18色谱柱,0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇(90∶10)为流动相,检测波长254nm。喷昔洛韦在10～90μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.47%。

A HPLC method was established for the determination of penciclovir cream and its related substances. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution- methanol （90 ： 10） at the detection wavelength of 254nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10 - 90μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.5 % with RSD of 0.47 %.
