复方氨酚烷胺片中胆红素的HPLC测定

Determination of Bilirubin in Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Tablets by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定复方氨酚烷胺片中胆红素。采用C18柱,甲醇-氯仿-1%磷酸(80∶12∶8)为流动相,检测波长449nm。胆红素的线性范围为0.008～0.08μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率101.2%。

A HPLC method was established for determination of bilirubin in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets. A CIS column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-chloroform-1% phosphoric acid （80 ： 12 ： 8）, at the detection wavelength of 449nm. The calibration curve of bilirubin was linear in the range of 0.008 - 0.08μg （r =0.9999）. The average recovery was 101.2 %.
