口服和静脉应用消炎痛治疗新生儿动脉导管未闭的比较

A comparison of oral and intravenous indomethacin for closure of patent ductus arteriosus in newborn

目的比较口服和静脉应用消炎痛治疗新生儿动脉导管未闭的疗效。方法将我院58例新生儿动脉导管未闭随机分为口服组和静脉组,应用的消炎痛的剂量和用法一样,治疗后复查心脏彩超。结果口服应用消炎痛动脉导管未闭治愈率为81.3%,静脉应用消炎痛动脉导管未闭治愈率为84.6%,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论两种用药方式的治愈率无差异,但静脉给药剂量易准确把握,相对副作用小,值得推荐。

Objective ： To compare oral and intravenous indomethacin for closure of patent ductus axteriosus . Methods ： 58 newborns with patent ductus axteriosus were random divided into two groups, oral group and intravenous group were administered the same dose and usage indomethacin . Two groups were checked again by echocardiography after treatment. Results： The difference rate of cure between oral group （81.3%） and intravenous group （84. 6% ） was no significantly （ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： There were no difference in two groups, we recommended intravenous indomethacin because less side effect and accurate dose.
