摘要
介绍了空间诱变育种定义及其特点;综述了空间环境中影响植物变异的各种因素,以及在各种因素的复合作用下,植物体在形态学、细胞学、生理生化和遗传物质方面发生的变化;综述了我国空间诱变育种在粮食和经济等作物育种中取得的成就,并介绍了空间诱变育种技术在牧草育种上的应用前景。
The definition and characters of space mutation breeding were introduced. All kinds of factors that affected the mutation of plants in space, the morphologial, cytologial, physiological, biochemistrial aspects and the genes change of the plant due to multiple effects of these factors were summarized. Finally discussed the advancement and prospects of herbage breeding by space mutation in China.
