子房切片技术获得百合杂交种 被引量:3

Hybrids Derived from Interspecific Hybridization in Lilium through Ovary Slice Technology

摘要 以不同杂种系的百合品种进行远缘杂交,采收授粉后5~20 d的子房,用子房切片培养方法挽救杂种胚,培育杂种。试验结果表明:百合远缘杂交中,采用子房切片方法挽救杂种胚,培育出杂种苗的关键是合适的胚龄:7~12 d的胚龄比较合适,这一胚龄段中,胚龄越小,胚萌发需要的时间越长。通过品种远缘杂交,培育出了少量的百合远缘杂种。 Interspecific crosses were made to produce hybrids in Lilium, and the hybrid embryos were rescued by using the ovary slice culture after 5-20 days of pollination. The results showed that embryo age was a key factor to success in the ovary slice culture in Lilium interspecific hybridization. If embryo age was younger, more days were required for embryo germination. We got a few hybrids.
