摘要 将直接自控制方案应用于无刷直流电机的调速系统中。该控制方案结构简单,以控制转矩为核心思想,实现了无刷直流电机的高效控制。针对在低速情况下定子磁链运动轨迹畸变这一情况,提出在每个定子磁链的区段上使用3个运动矢量和2个零矢量进行磁链和转矩的协调控制,能够有效改善低速情况下电机的运行性能。采用基于DSP TM S320LF2407的数字控制平台,验证了直接自控制在无刷直流电机上的可行性以及对其低速性能的改进效果。 The direct self control was proposed to brushless DC motor drive system. The high performance was achieved with its simple structure and the torque control was the center. In order to improve the distortion of stator fluxlinkage at lower speed, the stator flux-linkage should also be controlled. In this paper, a new approach was brought forward that three voltage vectors and two zero voltage vectors were used in every 60 degree sector. The torque ripple and flux-linkage distortion at lower speed was effectively reduced. Finally, two experiments on the basis of TMS320LF2407 DSP were carried out to validate the theory.
