摘要 介绍了一种新型的运动控制系统。该控制系统采用功能强大的32位定点DSP芯片TM S320F2812为控制核心,能够实现永磁同步电机的交流步进控制。说明了基于该芯片设计的运动控制系统的硬件框架,介绍了功率电路板和控制电路板的组成部分。采用C语言编程,充分利用TM S320F2812的高速运算能力和丰富的片内外资源,阐述了交流步进控制理论在系统中的软件实现。试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定,能够实现复杂的控制算法,具有良好的控制性能,达到了预期的效果。 A new type of the motion control system is presented. The control system applies TMS320F2812 which is a powerful 32-bit fixed point DSP chip as its control core, and can apply AC step-motion control theory. Firstly the hardware design and construction of the system is introduced. Then illuminates the software realization of the step-motion control is explained, C language is used for designing the software. Experimental results are presented, and it is eonfiimed that the new control system based on TMS320F2812 is able to achieve complex arithmetic, has nice control performance.
