摘要
简要介绍了振动分析技术在电机故障(包括电机滑动轴承间隙不当、电机转子不平衡和电机转子动态气隙偏心)诊断中的成功应用。振动分析和诊断过程对电机的故障诊断具有一定的参考价值。
Several successful application cases of motor fault diagnoses with vibration analysis technology on motor factories were introduced. Faults include improper clearances of sleeve bearings, rotor unbalance and eccentric rotor. The vibration analysis and diagnosis process have some valuable reference to motor fault diagnosis.
