摘要
介绍了基于数字信号处理器和单片机的微机型电动机保护装置的硬件结构,具体描述了数据采集和处理系统的工作性能及特点,着重讨论了电动机保护的各种原理,给出了保护原理的实现框图。装置可对2000kW以下的电动机实现短路、断线、反序、过载等保护,并能实现对断路器动作状态的连续监测,为设备的检修与维护提供了依据。
The hardware structure of motor protection device, based on digital signal processor and single chip microcomputer was introduced. The work performance and characters of the module of data acquisition and processing were deeply described. The various motor protection principles and implementing diagram of protection principles were given. This equipment could achieve many protections for the motors below 2 000 kW, such as short-circuit pro- tection, phase break protection, reverse-sequence protection, overload protection. And it could continuously monitor and measure the state of action of breakers to provide the proof of inspection and maintenance of the equipment.
