摘要
研究了工程机械形态仿真中数字仿真值的标准化问题。阐明了工程机械仿真设计的基本思想、内容与特征;针对仿真设计研究中发现的数字仿真值与现代机械标准化设计、制造及互换性不相符合的矛盾,提出了在保持仿真机技术经济指标和机件强度不变的原则下,调整一般件和常用件的尺寸圆整规范,以及调整标准件尺寸标准化的理论与技术解决方案。经强度与效益指标检验,工程机械形态仿真是可行的,对其他机械设计也有参考价值。
The Normalization of design values in the simulation design for construction machinery is studied. The basic idea, contents and characteristics of simulation design for construction machinery are illustrated. A theoretical and technical solution are proposed to solve a contradiction that the simulated values are inapplicable to the normalized mechanical design, manufacturing and interchangeability. By keeping part strength and machine economic index, it is possible to regulate the simulated dimensions of standard and common-used parts to the normalized dimensions. This simulation design method has practical value in the mechanical design.
