摘要
依据ISO13584标准开发了渐开线圆柱齿轮的一个中性程序,同时开发了数据接口(编译器)。在UG软件中,把中性程序转化为UG可以识别的GRIP程序,并实现了与UG已有标准件库的连接。阐述了渐开线圆柱齿轮实体模型在上述标准件库中实现的算法。因没有沿空间曲线扫描的GRIP函数可供使用,故采用缝合自由曲面与有界平面的方法来解决这个问题。举例介绍了算法的实现。
A neutral program for generating the geometric form of involute cylindrical gear and a data interface (compiler) are developed according to ISO13584. When running on UG system, the neutral program is transformed into GRIP program which realizes the link with an existing standard parts library in UG. The algorithm for generating the solid model of involute cylindrical gear is illustrated. Because there is no GRIP function which can scan along the special curve, so the method of suturing the free surface with the bounded-plane is applied to solve this kind of sweep problem.
