摘要
通过聚氨酯预聚体法合成出硅烷KH-550封端的聚氨酯热熔胶(SPUR),并制备了一系列不同封端率的硅烷化聚氨酯热熔胶。通过红外光谱、表面接触角等检测了SPUR的结构和性能,研究了硅烷对聚氨酯热熔胶粘接性能的影响。结果表明:硅烷提高了SPUR在粘接面的浸润和对铝片的粘接性能,当KH-550封端率达到15%时,粘接性能最佳。
Silylated hot melt moisture cured polyurethane adhesive (SPUR)was prepared with KH-550,and a series of polymer was synthesized with different silane ending ratio. The configuration and performance of SPUR were reviewed by FT-IR,contact angle etc. The influence of SPUR's bonding performance to Al was researched. Testing showed that KH-550 Changed the surface energy of SPUR,improved the soakage to surface of materials, and bonding is improved greatly. When the silane ending ratio is 15%, adhesive strength is best.
