摘要
对6种全部或部分加入预合金粉末的金刚石锯片进行了切割试验研究,分析了预合金粉末在胎体中的作用,探讨了某种预合金胎体中金刚石参数设计的合理范围。研究发现,采用湿法冶金工艺制造的ZSF预合金粉末,能够显著提高胎体把持金刚石的能力和胎体的耐磨性;对于雾化法得到的ZWC预合金粉末和ZSF预合金粉末组成的胎体锯片,金刚石浓度为18%时即能够保证有较好的锋利度、耐磨性以及加工质量。
Cutting experiment for 6 kinds of diamond saw blades made of prealloyed powders, effect of prealloyed powder on the matrix and reasonable diamond concentration in certain matrix were investigated. The results show that diamond - holding capacity and wearability of the matrix are markedly improved by using the prealloyed powder ZSF produced by wet- process metallurgy. Better sharpness, wearability and working quality of the saw blades can be ensured by using atomized prealloyed powder ZWC and ZSF at diamond concentration of 18 %.
