摘要
为解决目前同步电动机异步起动投励牵入同步存在的问题,提高投励的可靠性并改善起动性能,在仿真实验确定的最佳顺极性投励时刻的基础上,提出了无转子位置传感器的“定子电量法”最佳顺极性投励实现方法.通过检测同步电动机定子电流,软件分析由于转子磁阻引起的定子电流峰值的变化来确定转子磁极与气隙磁场的相对位置,捕捉投励时刻实现最佳顺极性投励.实验证明使用该方法实现顺极性投励具有可靠性好、牵入同步时间短、对电网冲击小、在低电压和重载条件下牵入同步容易的优点,结果表明该方法是正确有效的.
In order to solve the present problems and enhance the reliability of exitation exist in asynchronous starting of synchronous electrical machine, a method of sensorless best exciting in towards polarity by stator-electricity of synchronous motor is presented on the base of calculated best exciting time through simulation. Detect and analyze the wave of stator current to catch the best exitation time accurately to realize best exitation. The results of experiment demonstrated the advantages of high reliability, short time and low impact when pulling into step, much easier to pull into step in low voltage and heavy load condition. Which showed the feasibility of this method.
