摘要
室内温度是热环境状态参数中最主要的指标之一,它对人体与周围环境的热交换起着重要作用,对人体的生理与心理状况有很大的影响.通过动物实验,试图从血液流变特性的角度探讨空调室内温度对生物体(豚鼠)的生理影响,以及空调环境的健康性.实验结果表明,反映血液流变特性的主要指标血液黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞电泳时间与温度有很好的相关性,随着温度的升高有下降的趋势.通过回归分析,得到温度在23-24℃时,血液流变指标较佳.
Indoor air temperature is a main parameter of indoor thermal environment and it plays an important role in the heat exchange process between human body and environment. Therefore it has influence on the occupant' s psychological and physiological state. Animal experiment was used to study the impact of temperature in air-conditioned room on organism at the aspect of blood rheological characteristics. The experimental results show that blood viscidity, plasma viscidity and erythrocyte electrophoresis time decrease when the temperature goes up. The blood rheological characteristics are comparatively better in the range of 23 -24℃.
