摘要
本文针对大型电解槽侧部破损情况,认为炉帮形成差是侧部破损的主要原因,分析了影响炉帮形成的因素,根据电解槽的设计、材料和能量平衡等有针对性地提出了解决电解槽侧部破损的措施。
The paper describes the condition of the large aluminum smelting pots, knowing that the main cause of disrepaire is the diversity of hearthside formation, pointing out the factor to effect hearthside of pots and putting forward concrete table measures to solve such problems according to potdesign, material, energy balance, etc.
