Brief Discussion on the Financing Channels Innovation of Universities

资金问题是影响我国高等教育事业发展的关键因素。高校利用融资渠道筹措建设发展资金时,不仅包括传统的银行贷款渠道,还应包括项目融资(BOT)、委托贷款、信托融资、融资租赁和资产置换等渠道,并在实践中不断创新融资渠道。

Funding problem is the key factor which affected the development of higher education in China. When universities use the financing channels to gather funds, funding sources include not only the traditional bank loans but also including project financing（BOT）, entrusted loan, trust financing, financing lease and asset replacement, and in practice constantly innovative financing channels.
