摘要
城市营销是一个引导和满足消费者对城市的物质产品和精神产品需求的过程,也是一个城市的理念、文化、美学、生态经济价值得到推广的过程。从市场营销的角度把城市营销这一过程划分为城市调研、城市定位、城市品牌建立三个部分来系统地阐述城市营销的思想。
Then city marketing is a process which leads and satisfies the demands of customers to material and spiritual conducts. Yet it is also a process of the realization to the concept ,culture and asthetic value of the city. The text will systematically express some ideas on the city marketing in the perspective of marketing and cut the process into three parts: city survey and research,city positioning,building the city brand.
