摘要
压力是无处不在的,适当的压力能够产生积极的作用,可促使员工提高工作效率。而过大的心理压力会影响员工的健康状况,降低工作绩效。通过对员工压力进行的分析与研究,依次提出了压力的概念、压力来源以及压力的双重作用,最后给出了员工压力管理的策略。
Pressure is ubiquitous. Suitable pressure can have positive function and urge the staff to enhance their working efficiency while oversized pressure can affect staff's state of health, and as a result, reduces their work achievements. This article has carried on the analysis and the research to staff pressure, proposed the concept, the origin and the dual function of pressure, finally have given the strategy of staff pressure management.
