摘要
外包作为一种提高企业竞争力的管理形式,得到了广泛的应用。结合酒店业的特点,在分析我国酒店人力资源管理存在问题的基础上,提出了人力资源管理外包对我国酒店的意义和酒店实施人力资源管理外包的要点。
Outsourcing is widely applied as a management form to enhance competitiveness of enterprise. This article analyzes the problems in hotel human resource management in our country link with the characteristics of hotel,and also puts forward the significance of outsourcing of human resource to hotels and the points of outsourcing of hotel human resource management.
