对当前监理制度的分析与思考

An Analysis of Current Inspection and Supervision System

与西方成熟的监理制度相比,我国现行监理制度还存在诸多问题。本文通过对我国监理制度现状的分析,指出其存在的问题,并探究问题形成的原因,最后结合我国的实际情况,提出了解决这些问题的建议。

Compared with the well-formed supervisory system in western countries, our current one maintains various problems. In this essay, we figure out the problems and relate reasons by analyzing the current situation of supervisory system in China, and at last put forward some suggestions according to the practical situation in our country as well.
