摘要
本文基于高职院校本身的特点,提出了建设高职院校师资队伍的三大理念:坚持按组建团队的理念来建设师资队伍;坚持按重实践,强能力的理念来建设师资队伍;坚持按国际化的理念来建设师资队伍。
This article mainly discusses the three beliefs for improving the teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges： the belief of setting up a group; the belief of emphasizing practice and capability and the belief of internationalization as well.
