红花注射液的不良反应分析

Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Honghua Injection

目的:了解红花注射液引起的不良反应。方法:对1994—2005年文献报道的32例红花注射液的不良反应进行分析。结果:32名患者因静滴红花注射液共发生不良反应44例次,发生不良反应病例数男女比例差别不大,且无年龄差异,其发生反应时间多集中于5～30min以内(56.25%)。其中变态反应25例次,占56.82%;过敏性休克8例,占变态反应的32%。其他反应19例次,占43.18%。结论:红花注射液的不良反应主要见于变态反应,并对其机制进行初步分析。

Objective： To review ADRs related to honghua injection. Methods： An analysis was conducted on 32 reports of adverse reaction about honghua injection collected from literatures during 44 - 2005. Results ： 44 ADRs of 32 cases taking honghua injection were reported showing no differences in the patients, ages and sexes. The occurrence of ADRs was conmmonly within 5 - 30min after injection. As to the types of ADRs, there were 25 allergic reactions （56.82%） including allergic shock（8） ,and 19 other reactions（43.18% ）. Conlusion. The ADR is mostly in allergy with its mechanism analysed.
