清热抗感冲剂对大鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的影响

Effects of Qingre Kanggan Mixture on Killing Activity of NK Cell in Rats

目的:通过检测清热抗感冲剂对实验性免疫低下大鼠及正常大鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的影响,探讨该方对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:选取Wistar大鼠100只,雌雄各半,随机抽取其中雌雄各25只,腹腔注射环磷酰胺4.5mg/(0.5mL.只),每天给药1次,连续7天,造成免疫低下大鼠,然后随机分为模型组、中药对照组(银翘解毒片组)、西药对照组(γ-干扰素组)、小剂量组及大剂量组,保证每组雌雄各半:其余50只随机分为正常空白对照组(即生理盐水组)、中药对照组、西药对照组、小剂量组、大剂量组,同样保证每组雌雄各半。上述各组连续用药3天后,麻醉无菌操作完整摘除脾脏,置含RPMI营养液的无菌瓶中,送检。采用流式细胞仪检测NK细胞的杀伤活性。结果:清热抗感冲剂能显著增加正常大鼠和注射环磷酰胺引起的免疫低下大鼠NK细胞杀伤活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:清热抗感冲剂对大鼠的NK细胞杀伤活性有明显的促进作用。

Objective ：Study the change of immune function made by Grmrale -Qingrekanggan through observing the influence on of nature kill cell on mouse. Methods ：select 100 big mice（50 males and 50 females）weighting （200 ± 20） g. The immune function of 50 big mice is low through injecting with Cyclophamide 4.5 mg/（0.5 mL · one body）, one time a day for a week. Then,these 50 mice were divided into five groups at random： modle group, Chinese herb control group （ Yinqiao Jiedu Pian group）, modern control （ IFN - γ group）, low - dosage group, high - dosage group. The rest of 50 mice were divided into five groups randomly： normal control group （physiological Brine）, Chinese herb group, modern medicine gloup,low - dosage group and high - dosage group. All groups were given corresponding medicine for three days and anaesthetize ,collect samples for examination. Result ：Granule - Qingrekanggan improve the level of kill probability of NK not only in normal rats but also rats with low immunity. Conclusion ： Granule - Qingrekanggan can improve the immune function of rats obviously.
