摘要
目的:观察pH对补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素浸出率的影响。方法:用不同pH值水溶液对补骨脂进行提取,通过HPLC梯度洗脱测定补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。结果:在实验pH值下,补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量均有变化。结论:pH影响补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的浸出率。
Objective ：To discuss the influence of pH for the extract of psoralen and isopsoralen. Method： Extract the Psoralea corylifolia L. by different pH solution. The content of psoralen and isopsoralen be obtained by HPLC - gradient elution. Results： The content of psoralen and isopsoralen varied in experimental pH, Conclusion： The extracted of psoralen and isopsoralen be affected by the pH.
