降脂颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝脏脂质的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Chinese Medicine Jiangzhi Granula on Hepaticlipid of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Rats

摘要 目的:观察降脂颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型肝脏脂质的影响。方法:高脂饲料制备SD大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,随机为东宝肝泰组、辛伐他汀组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组和模型对照组。治疗4周后行肝组织生化和病理学检测。结果:降脂颗粒能明显降低非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型肝脂(TG、TC)的水平,改善脂肪变性,降低肝脏炎症反应。结论:降脂颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝脏脂质和炎症有较好的治疗作用。 Objective : To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine Jiangzhi Granulas on hepaticlipid of nonalcoholic fatty Liver disease(NAFLD) rat, Methods: The NAFLD SD rat model was established by lfigh fat diet, then divided into six groups at random: Model control group, Dongbaogantai group,Simvastatin group,jiangzhi granlas low-dose group, middle - dose group and high - dose group. Biochemistry of liver tissue and liver specimens were detected respectively after 4 weeks' treatment. Results : jiangzhi granulas can obviously improve hepatitosteatosis, reduce hepaticlipid ( TC, TG) and liver inflammatory reaction of NAFLD ;at model. Conclusion: jiangzhi granulas have a better therapeutical effect on hepaticlipid and inflammation of NAFLD rat model.
