慢性乙型肝炎中医辨治思考

Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy of Chronic Virus Hepatitis B

目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎中医辨治的理论,寻求更有效的防治方法。方法:参阅中医古籍中相关论述,结合现代医学对慢性乙型肝炎的认识、研究成果,对命题进行探讨分析。结论:慢性乙型肝炎的治疗是医学难题。病因病机认为外感“疫毒”是发病的根本条件,正气不足是发病基础,湿热、虚实、瘀相互夹杂共同为病;辨证论治首先为抗“疫毒”,其次为补正气,最后辨证论治要兼顾湿热、虚实、瘀兼症。本病的研究方向应该是筛选有直接杀灭乙肝病毒的中药(或有效成分)或复方,是彻底解决治疗慢性乙型肝炎的关键。

Objective： To probe into the theory on tmditional Chinese medicine therapy of chronic virus hepatitis B, and search for a more essential prevention and cure nethod. Methods： To make use the methods of combining modem medicine and Works of traditional Chinese medicine,study the causes, pathogenesis and the treatment based upon syndrome differentiation. Results： Therapy of chronic virus hepatitis B have been be difficult problems, chronic hepatitis B is the result that vital Qi is deficient not so as to resist pestilential pathogen, it is humid heat fumigate and deficiency of vital energy or blood stasis. First, the treatment based upon syndrome differentiation is Controlling pestilential pathogen. second, it is strengthening heahhy Qi to descend adverse flow of Qi such as humid heat, asthenia and stheniachronic or blood stasis, the rearch direction of hepatitis B is selecting perfect traditional Chinese drug（effective constituent） or preparation which can kill hepatitis B virus directly. It is the key point for patients with chronic hepatitis B to be treated.
