中医对肺间质纤维化的认识

Understanding of Chinese Medicine to Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis

肺间质纤维化是以进行性呼吸困难、喘息、气短、干咳、喘憋为临床表现、以限制性通气功能障碍、低氧血症、慢性进行性弥漫性肺间质纤维化为特点的肺间质性疾病。由于其病因的多样,发病机制的复杂,临床有效治疗方法的欠缺,肺间质纤维化已经成为呼吸系统疾病领域中最富挑战性的疾病。近年来中医药对该病的研究也渐成热点,文章旨在通过对肺间质纤维化中医病名、病机以及治疗的阐述,为进一步探讨该病发病机理及提高临床疗效,开拓思路提供方法。

Pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is a kind of pulmonary interstitial disease which manifested by progressing dyspnea, asthma, short breath, dry cough and characterized by limiting ventilation perfusion ratio, hypoxemia, chronic progressing diffused pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. In recent years, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis has become the most challenged disease in the respiratory system disease for its multiple, complex pathogenesis and lack of efficient treatment in clinic. And the research of Chinese medicine to the disease had been the focus. In this article, we discussed the name, pathogenesis and treatment in Chinese medicine of the pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in order to explore the pathogenesis, improve the clinic effects and provide method to opening the thought.
