夏膝口服液对自发性高血压大鼠肾素 血管紧张素Ⅱ水平的影响

Effects of Xiaxi Oral Liquid on PRA and AngⅡ of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

目的:观察夏膝口服液对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压及肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平的影响,并初步探讨其降压机制。方法:50只12周龄雄性SHR随机分为SHR模型组,卡托普利组,夏膝口服液高、中、低剂量组,共5组,每组10只,同时选取10只同周龄的WKY大鼠作为对照。采用尾动脉搏动法测量实验前、实验4周、8周各组大鼠的血压值。并采用放射免疫法测定实验8周后各组大鼠的血浆肾素(PRA)活性,血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)浓度。结果:卡托普利组降压幅度最大,与夏膝口服液中、低剂量组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),而与高剂量组比较则无显著差异(P>0.05);PRA在夏膝口服液高、中剂量组及卡托普利组均升高,尤以卡托普利组升高显著(P<0.05);血浆AngⅡ浓度,SHR模型组显著高于WKY组、卡托普利组和夏膝口服液高剂量组(P<0.01),而卡托普利组与夏膝口服液高剂之间则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:夏膝口服液具有降低SHR血压及AngⅡ的作用。

The research was to observe the effects of Xiaxi oral liquid on the blood pressure, PRA and Ang Ⅱof spuntaneously hypertensive rats, and investigate its antihypertensive mechanism. Methods： 12 -weeks- old SHRs were assigned randomly into 5 groups： untreated,treated with eaptopril,treated with high dose of Xiaxi oral liquid,treated with moderate dose of Xiaxi oral liquid, treated with low dose of Xiaxi oral liquid, each group consists 10 rats, meanwhile 10 WKY rats the same age were selected as comparison. Measure the pressure value of the rats before the experiment, after 4 - weeks - treatment and after 8 - weeks - treatment. Detected the concentration of PRA and Ang Ⅱ of the rats after 8 - weeks - treatment. Detected the concentration of PRA and Ang Ⅱ of the rats after 8 - weeks - treatment with radioimmunoassay. Results： The depressurization extent of the eaptopril was greatest. Comparing with the moderate and the low dose groups, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there were no significant differences among the high dose groups（ P 〉0.05）. PRA was increased in the high and the moderate dose groups and in the captopfils,especially significant in the captopril （ P 〈 0.05）. The concentration of Ang Ⅱ was higher in the untreated groups than in the WKY, captopril and the high dose group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And there were no significant difference between the captopfil and the high dose group（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaxl oral liquid can reduce the blood pressure and the concentration of Ang Ⅱ of SHR.
