摘要
目的:对丹参透皮特性进行研究,探讨影响中药有效成分透皮吸收的主要因素。方法:以丹酚酸B为指标性成分,采用体外Franz扩散池法进行体外透皮吸收实验;采用高效液相色谱法对体外透皮吸收实验接收液中的丹酚酸B进行含量测定。结果:丹酚酸B经不同动物皮肤具有不同的透皮吸收;3%氮酮+2%薄荷脑合用时促渗效果更优;生理盐水为接受液透过率最大,酸水为接受液透过量最少。结论:丹酚酸B体外透皮吸收良好。
Objective: To study transdermal absorption peculiarity of Salvianolie acid B in vitro. Methods: Drug permeation tests were performed through excised skin in Franze diffusion cell. Salvianolie acid B concentration insample was determined by reversedphase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results: The transdermal absorption of different medicine is different, The compound penetration enhancer consisting of 1 -menthol(2% ) and Azone(3% ) had a prominent promotion action on absorption of Salvianolie acid B. the water and NaCL(0,.9% ) as receiving liquid effect on transdermal pernetration of Salvianolie acid B is better than acid water. Conclusion: The transdermal dilivery of Xuandan babugao is good.
