益气补肾口服液抗大肠癌术后转移复发的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yiqi Bushen Oral Liquid to the Patients with Carcinoma of Large Intestine's Metabasis and Relapse After Operation

目的:研究益气补肾口服液抗大肠癌术后转移复发的作用及其对生存质量、外周血象、免疫功能的影响。方法:54例大肠癌术后患者随机分为治疗组(益气补肾口服液配合化疗)33例,对照组(单纯化疗)21例。结果:治疗组的术后转移复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),Karnofsky评分、体重、外周血象均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:益气补肾口服液具有较好的抗大肠癌术后转移和复发的作用及增敏减毒作用,并且能改善患者的生存质量。

Objective： Invest both the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Bushen oral liquid to the patients with carcinoma of large intestine metabasis after operation and its influence to life quality, periphery hemogram, and immune function. Methods ： 54 patients with carcinoma of large intestine after operation are divided into two groups randomly. In the therapeutic group,we use Yiqi Bushen oral liquid combined chemotherapy to treat 33 patients, and in the control group,use simple chemotherapy to treat 21 patients. Results ： The metabasis rate of therapeutic group is much lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the eontrol group, the therapeutie group ean improve the Kamofsky score , body weight ,and the periphery hemogram. （ P 〈0.01 ） Conclusion： Yiqi Bushen oral liquid has the good effect to resist metabasis and relapse of patients which is after operation of carcinoma of large intestine. And it has good effect at sensitization and attenuation, too. It can improve the life quality of the patients.
