“双米”联合加味生化汤在妇产科临床的应用

The Application of Mifepristone and Misoprostol Tablets Combined Modified Shenghua Decoction

为解决妇产科临床中一些难治性流产的手术困难、药物流产不全和出血时间长等不足。采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇再联合加味生化汤的方法治疗各类难治性流产患者共265例。结果总完全流产率达93.2%,不全流产率降至6.9%。出血时间≤10天,占79%,平时出血时间为12.87天。“双米”联合加味生化汤的应用避免了常规手术及手术并发症,提高了完全流产率,缩短了出血时间,值得推广。

Clinically ,there are many problems about abortion need to be solved such as refractory operation, incomplete abortion and long time bleeding of drug abortion and so on. We use the method of mifepristone and misoprostol tablets combined modified Shenghua Decoction to cure all kinds of refractory abortion 265 cases. In result, the rate of complete abetion is 93.2%, and the incomplete abortion decrease to 6.9%. The rate is 79% of bleeding time less than 10 days, and the average bleeding time is 12.87 days. The conclusion is the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol tablets and modified Shenghua Decoction avoid operations and its complications, increase the rate of complete abortion, decurtate the bleeding time. So this method is worth generalizing clinically.
