高压输电线路防震减灾研究现状及震害防御对策

Current Research Status of HV Transmission Line Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Relief and Earthquake Countermeasures

强烈地震是威胁输电线路安全可靠运行的主要自然灾害之一。通过对近年来国内外输电线路主要震害资料的分析,论述了输电线路防震减灾领域的研究方法和取得的最新成果。针对现有研究的不足之处,提出了输电线路防震减灾有待进一步开展的研究方向。在现有输电线路防震减灾经验的基础上,提出了输电线路的震害防御对策。

Strong earthquake is one of the major natural disasters threatening transmission line safety. Through analyzing domestic and international earthquake disaster data in recent years, this paper discusses research methods and latest achievements in transmission line earthquake prevention and disaster relief fields. Aiming to shortcomings of current researches, topics that need to be further investigated are presented. Based on current experiences, countermeasures for transmission line earthquake prevention are also proposed.
