详细介绍国内某电厂的脱硫-烟塔合一工程设计,特别是烟塔的设计。烟塔设计的重点包括要有足够的水量和热量;烟塔的壳体采用光滑双曲线型;烟塔上水采用混凝土方沟,配水采用槽管相结合的方式;设计有6个分区、旁路系统和化冰管,以满足冬季运行要求等。经过2个多月的运行表明,烟塔热交换良好,混合气的抬升比较理想,设计很成功。
The engineering design of desulfurizing and NDCT with flue gas injection, especially the tower design, in a domestic power plant is introduced. The emphases of the tower design include sufficient water and heat supply, smooth hyperbola shell of the tower, concrete box conduit for water supply, trough and pipe for water distribution, 6 sub-areas, bypass system and deicing tubes for winter operation, etc. After two months of operation, it turns out that the heat exchange and plume rise are quite well, and the design is a success.
