摘要
内反馈串级调速电动机,是在原电动机定子绕组同槽嵌放了一套新的调节绕组,它通过变流系统将调节绕组从主绕组感应过来的电势串入电动机的转子绕组,改变其串入电势的大小来实现调速。调节绕组的同时吸收转子的转差功率,并通过与转子旋转磁场相互作用产生正向的拖动转矩,使电动机从电网吸收的有功功率减少,从而达到调速节能目的。该调速系统可靠性高,使电动机温升降低,电动机寿命延长。
An internal feedback cascade speed control electromotor is formed by inserting a set of regulating winding into the same slot with the original stator. It uses a current converter to cascade the voltage induced from main winding to the rotor winding, and changes the cascaded voltage to regulate the motor speed. In the mean time, the regulating winding absorbs the rotor differential power, and produces positive torque through mutual action with rotor's rotating magnetic field. These effects reduce motor active power consumption from the grid, and result in speed control and energy saving. This system has high reliability. It also reduces motor temperature rise and increases the motor service life.
