新中国国民体育价值观长期受“工具论”的束缚,在传统儒家思想的氛围中生存、发展,且经受了国际大环境和国内小气候的影响,故而形成具有中国特色的新世纪体育价值观。笔者就如何引导价值观良性发展提出了其见解。
