框架结构砌体填充墙中设置构造柱的合理构造形式与施工方法

Reasonable Structural Form and Construction Method of Constructional Column in the Masonry Filled Wall of Frame Structure

分析了钢筋混凝土框架砌体填充墙设置钢筋混凝土构造柱与多层砌体房屋中钢筋混凝土构造柱在作用、要求和构造做法方面的区别;分析了现阶段砌体填充墙中构造柱施工方法中存在的主要问题及原因;给出满足《建筑抗震设计规范》要求的合理施工方法。实践证明,这种做法既能满足规范要求,又具有易操作、质量易控制的优点。

This paper analyzes the main difference of constructional column on function , require and construction method between in masonry filled wall of reinforced concrete frame structure and in multilayer masonry structure,and analyzes the main problems and the reasons of construction method of constructional column in masonry filled wall of reinforced concrete frame structure at present. It also gives the reasonable construction method of constructional column which conforms to the ＂Code of seismic design of building＂. The engineering practices have proved that the method has the advantages of easy operation and easy quality control.
