摘要
目的了解还氧化酶2(Cyclooxygenase 2,Cox-2)在大肠肿瘤中表达的意义。方法手术切除的84例结直肠癌组织、部分癌旁组织和正常组织,通过免疫组织化学方法检测Cox-2的表达,并分析其表达与肿瘤临床病理学及生存时间的相关性。结果在大肠癌组织中Cox-2的阳性表达明显高于癌旁组织和正常黏膜的表达,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.36,P<0.05)。Cox-2的表达与大肠癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及远处转移密切相关,且差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别=4.56、3.93和6.63,P均<0.05)。Cox-2阳性表达的患者比阴性表达患者生存时间短,差别有统计学意义(χ2=4.45,P<0.05)。结论Cox-2在大肠癌中的表达与肿瘤临床病理学及预后相关。
Objective To evaluate the expression of cyclooxygenase2(Cox - 2) in human colorectal carcinoma and its correlations with clinicopathologic parameters and disease prognosis. Methods Tissue samples from 84 patients with disease of primary colorectal carcinoma were immunohistochemically examined for cyclooxygenase 2 expression. Then, we analyzed the correlations with clinicopathologic findings and patients survival time. Results Expression of Cox - 2 was positive in 72.6% of primary tumor, 6.7% of peritumor tissue, and negative in the normal mucosa. Expression of Cox - 2 was significantly associated with depth of invasion(Χ^2 = 4.56, P 〈 0.05) , lymph node metastases(Χ^2 = 3.93, P 〈 0.05) and distant metastases(Χ^2 = 6.63, P 〈 0.05) . Patients with Cox - 2 positive tumors had a significant shorter survival time than those with negative Cox - 2( P 〈 0.05) . Conclusions These data show that in human colorectal carcinoma, Cox - 2 is significantly associated with clinicopathologic parameters and disease prognosis.
