摘要
分别从经济环境、配置空间和社会目标、经济机制、个人自利行为策略均衡解假设以及社会目标的实施与激励相容等5个方面建立了满足技术创新激励机制的理论模型;分析了基于信息不对称下不同类型创新者的创新激励机制问题,并解决了基于创新参与人拟线性效用函数下的Groves-Clark合作创新中的激励问题;从而构建了一个较为完整的企业技术创新的激励机制.创新各方在该机制下选择显示其真实信息作为其占优策略,保证了企业技术创新的顺利进行.
A theoretical model which meets technological innovation from five aspects including economic environment, allocation space and social target and its implement, economic mechanism, the hypothesis of self-interest behaviors' equilibrium and the harmony of social target implement and motivation. A motivational mechanism to depict different innovators with asymmetric information was set up and the problems among Groves-Clark's coperational innovators on quasi-linear utility were dealed with. A relatively integrated motivational mechanism was established which can meet the needs of innovation.
