营养治疗的形式及国内外开展现状

Organization and development of nutritional therapy at home and abroad

现代营养治疗由外科营养延续而来,其在国外主要以集中管理的营养治疗组的形式存在,而国内的营养治疗多以会诊的形式开展。营养治疗在临床治疗中逐渐占据越来越重要的地位。本文综述了营养治疗组的产生、目标、运作、成员组成及其职责,并介绍了国内外营养治疗的开展现状。

Modern nutritional therapy sprang from surgical nutrition. It has played a more and more important role in clinical treatment. The nutritional treatment is performed by the assembly managed nutrition support team （NST） in foreign countries and through clinical consultation in domestic hospitals. The birth, aim, working pattern and operation of the team, and the constitution and duties of team members are reviewed. Meanwhile, the current development of NST in domestic and foreign hospitals are introduced.
