With the political and the economic development of China, China English plays an important role in many areas of society. The paper discusses China English from the aspects of the formation, definition, characteristic of China English and differences between China English and the Chinglish. And it gives a few suggestions on English teaching and learning. As a whole, the paper holds that China English can reflect the characteristics of China, and it is beneficiary to introduce China to the World. China English plays a positive role in international communication; thus it is worth of our further research.
