对创建“节能型”校园的思考

高等院校普遍存在的水电浪费现象,加重了办学经费支出,加剧了社会上用水用电的紧缺。本文从工作实际出发,从制度化管理、技术化管理等方面对节能降耗提出了自己的见解和解决措施。

energy waste is common in universities, which increases school expenses, exacerbates the condition of water and power shortage in society. Energy saving measures are thus put forward according to working experience and practice, and from the perspective of institutionalized management and technical management.
