Because of the increasing demands for fast-response to marketing changing, quality assurance and flexible production, statistical process quality control is paid more and more attention. Based on the analysis of its status and existing problems, a new viewpoint was brought forward which has been based on the Meta analysis thought. The superiority of Meta analysis thought was discussed; moreover, the feasibility and importance of bringing Meta analysis thought into statistical process quality control was also analyzed, and an example was given to show its flow and meaning. Last, it discussed the problems and anticipant resolve methods in the practical application of this thought.
