网络环境下企业经营危机预警系统研究

基于当前企业或多或少都存在或潜在经营危机的现状,提出一种综合的预警系统评价方法。构建了网络环境下企业危机预警管理系统的总体框架;分析了系统的原理流程,详细设计了各个子系统;建立了子系统的功能模型;阐述了危机评价子系统的实现过程。以此判断企业的经营危机状态,达到预警的目的,帮助企业加强危机防范意识,提高应变危机和防范能力。

Based on the actuality that there is more or less management crisis or latent crisis in enterprises, a systemic evaluation method was brought forward for early warning. Firstly, established the holistic frame, and then analyzed the principium and flow of the system, designed each sub-system, set up the function models of the sub-system, finally expounded the implement process of the sub-systems. Enterprises could estimate their working crisis, strengthen the crisis consciousness, and then enhance the ability of meeting an emergency.
