胃癌组织中COX-2表达的Meta分析

A Meta Analysis on Expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 in Gastric Carcinoma

[目的]评价环氧合酶-2(COX-2)与胃癌之间的关系。[方法]综合分析1994年1月到2006年11月公开发表的有关COX-2与胃癌关系随机对照临床试验的文献。按照入选标准,有7项随机对照实验纳入本研究。用RevMan 4.2软件进行统计分析。[结果]COX-2在胃癌组中的表达显著高于对照组(OR=7.88,95%可信区间为5.44～11.4,P<0.01)。[结论]COX-2高表达与胃癌的关联有统计学意义。

[Purpose] To evaluate the relationship between cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） and gastric carcinoma. [Methods ] All available literature of randomized clinical controlled trails about COX-2 and gastric carcinoma from January 1994 to November 2006 were analyzed. According to the inclusion criteria,7 studies were selected.The data were analyzed by RevMan 4.2 software. [Results ] Expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in control group （odds ratio=7.88, 95% confidential intervals= 5.44-11.4, P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] High expression of cyclooxygenase-2 is significantly relates to gastric carcinoma.
