海洋真菌多糖(YCP)对小鼠淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究海洋真菌多糖(YCP)促进小鼠淋巴细胞的免疫调节作用,探讨其抗肿瘤作用机制。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法检测YCP对淋巴细胞增殖的作用,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测白介素-2(IL-2)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的含量,MTT法检测淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞(LAK细胞)的诱生及其细胞杀伤活性。结果YCP体外能显著提高淋巴细胞增殖反应;显著增加细胞上清液中IL-2和IFN-γ的浓度;与IL-2单独刺激相比,YCP体外能显著提高与IL-2协同诱导产生的LAK细胞对于NK不敏感的Hela细胞和NK敏感的K562细胞的杀伤作用。结论YCP能够增强小鼠脾淋巴细胞的免疫作用。 Purpose To investigate the mechanism of immuno-regulatory and anti-tumor activities of splenic lymphocyte enhanced by YCP. Methods Effects of YCP on the proliferation of murine splenic lymphocyte was tested by MTT assay. The production of IL-2 and IFN-γ was determined by ELISA. LAK ceils activated by YCP and its cytolytic activity were also tested by MTT assay. Results YCP directly stimulated the pro- liferation of murine splenic lymphocyte, significantly augmented the production of IL-2 and IFN-γ induced by ConA, and enhanced the killing activity of LAK ceils on Hela cells and K562 ceils induced by IL-2. Conclusion YCP can enhance the immune function of splenic lymphocyte.
